Terms and Conditions of Stay

Check-in and check-out hours

The guest receives an individual door access code valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival to 12:00 AM on the day of departure.

No smoking Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or any nicotine products is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of €500, which will be deducted from the deposit or added to the guest’s bill. No pets allowed Pets are strictly forbidden in the apartment. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of €300 for each started 24-hour period the animal remains in the apartment. No parties or open flames It is forbidden to organize parties, events, loud gatherings, or disturb the peace. Candles, incense, fireplaces, grills, or any other sources of open fire are strictly prohibited.

Occupancy limit The number of guests may not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Violation may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. Guest responsibility Guests are required to care for the apartment and leave it in the condition in which it was found. They are fully financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying persons. Repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit or charged to the guest's credit card. Limitation of liability The owner is not liable for personal or property damage resulting from improper use of the apartment (e.g. falls, burns, locked doors).Guests use the apartment at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for the loss, theft, or burglary of personal belongings.

The owner is not liable for interruptions in the supply of utilities (electricity, water, Internet) caused by failure or third parties. Reporting damages or malfunctions Guests are required to immediately report any defects, damages, or failures. Failure to do so may result in the guest being held responsible for the resulting damage. Personal data protection (GDPR) The data controller is: Golden Skyline Group sp. z o.o., ul. Nałęczowska 33/229, 02-922 Warszawa, kontakt@themoments.pl Personal data is processed for: execution of the rental agreement, guest communication, legal obligations (accounting, record-keeping). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR. Data may be shared with booking platforms, cooperating companies, and authorities in accordance with applicable law. Data is stored for the period required by law and will be deleted afterward. Guests have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to complete a reservation. Final provisions Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services. Any disputes will be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the location of the apartment. The version of the terms and conditions in effect on the date of booking applies.
